Edge 70 Fusion has been officially launched by Motorola in India. The new Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is a feature-packed mid-premium smartphone with a powerful chipset, large battery and advanced camera system.

The device brings what the company claims is the world's first 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) in its segment. The smartphone will go on sale starting March 12 through Flipkart, Motorola.in and offline retail stores.

8GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs 29,999

12GB RAM + 256GB storage: Rs 32,999

With an instant Rs 2,000 discount on HDFC and Axis Bank credit cards, the effective starting price drops to Rs 24,999. Buyers can also avail a Rs 2,000 exchange bonus across brands. Additionally, Motorola is bundling 18 months of Google Gemini Pro, valued at Rs 35,100, with the device.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion features a 6.78-inch 1.5K Extreme AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and up to 5,200 nits peak brightness. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. The phone weighs 193 grams and comes with a linen-inspired fabric finish on the rear panel. It is available in three Pantone curated colours: Blue Surf, Country Air and Silhouette.

For durability, the device carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military grade certification.

Under the hood, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The device ships with Android 16 out of the box and Motorola promises three major OS upgrades and five years of security updates.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion features a triple camera setup capable of 4K HDR video recording. It gets a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 primary camera with OIS and f/1.8 aperture, a 13MP ultrawide camera with 120-degree field of view and macro support. At the front, it features a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls.

The phone packs a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery that is claimed to deliver up to 52 hours of battery life on a single charge. The battery supports 68W TurboPower fast charging.
