When Can Farmers Expect the PM Kisan 23rd Installment?

PM-KISAN scheme 23rd Installement: How Much Money Will Be Credited?
Under the scheme, eligible farmers receive Rs 6,000 annually, divided into three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. For the 23rd installment, the expected amount remains Rs 2,000.
There have been rumours suggesting that farmers may receive Rs 4,000 this time. However, there is no official confirmation regarding this. A higher amount is only possible if a previous installment was delayed and combined with the current one.
Who Is Eligible for the Scheme?
To receive the benefits under the PM-KISAN scheme, farmers must meet certain conditions:
- The applicant must be an Indian resident
- The farmer should own cultivable land with updated records
- The bank account must be active and linked with Aadhaar
- Completing e-KYC is mandatory
At the same time, some categories are not eligible:
- Government employees and those holding constitutional posts
- Income taxpayers
- Large landowners or institutional farmers
How to Check PM Kisan Installment Status
Farmers can easily check whether their installment has been credited by visiting the official website of the scheme.
Steps to follow:
- Go to pmkisan.gov.in
- Click on "Beneficiary Status"
- Enter Aadhaar number or registration number
- Fill in the captcha and proceed
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile
- Submit to view payment details
The screen will show whether the installment has been credited or is still pending.
