BTS members have officially made their comeback with the release of their album 'Arirang'. Before going on a concert tour across the world, the band will return to do a variety show as well with Run BTS 2.0. In the variety show, the members will do different activities, showcasing normalcy in their lives.

Run BTS 2.0 Release Date

The first episode of Run BTS 2.0 will premiere on April 7, 2026, at 9 PM KST. It will be available to watch on YouTube for free on the Bangtan TV channel. It will also stream on Weverse.

In Run BTS 2.0, the K-pop group might return with a new format of the show. Not much has been revealed yet but all the members teased something exciting to fans.

What's next for BTS?

After the release of Aarirang, BTS will go on a world tour till 2027. A documentary named BTS: The Return has also been released on Netflix. A concert film will release in theatres in April 2026.

Talking about the album 'Arirang', it has finally been released and has been receiving a good response. Its tracklist is: Body to Body, Hooligan, Aliens, FYA, 2.0, No. 29, SWIM, Merry Go Round, NORMAL, Like Animals, They Don't Know 'Bout Us, One More Night, Please, and Into the Sun. Mike WiLL Made-It, Flume, El Guincho, JPEGMAFIA, Diplo, Ryan Tedder, Jasper Harris, Tyler Spry, and Tame Impala's Kevin Parker have worked on Arirang as producers and songwriters.

On the day of album's release, BTS also performed together for the first time in around four years. Around two lakh fans attended the concert which was held in Seoul.

Before the concert, the authorities were on terrorism alert in some parts of central Seoul due to geopolitical tensions and the large-scale event. Thousands of police personnel and safety officials were also deployed to control the crowd. These steps were taken after several stampede tragedies had happened in South Korea previously, taking several lives.
