The letter states that the company has been informed about a report filed against her, according to which she is currently in judicial or police custody. Considering the seriousness of the allegations and her inability to perform official duties, the company has decided to suspend her with immediate effect until further notice and a final decision.
The company also informed Khan that her contracts with the TCS network have been terminated. She has been instructed to return any company property in her possession. Additionally, she has been directed not to report to any company office or discuss the matter with any employee, failing which disciplinary action will be taken.
In this case, seven accused have been arrested so far, while the police claim that Nida Khan is absconding. However, her father maintains that she is not absconding and is at her residence in Mumbai.
