Daiaphi Lamare, better known by her stage name Reble, hails from the West Jaintia Hills of Meghalaya. She captivated masses with her catchy verses in some of the Dhurandhar tracks, including Run Down the City - Monica and Naal Nachna. According to reports, the 22-year-old discovered her passion for music at the age of five, exploring music genres like rock, hip hop, and indie. By the age of ten, she was already writing lyrics, experimenting with rap and following her creative journey.
How Reble's journey started?
According to Reble, her inspiration has been musical legends like Linkin Park, Eminem, Andre 3000, and others, whom she closely followed while growing up. Rebel stepped into the mainstream with notable singles like Terror, Set It Off, and New Riot.
Reble's journey began in 2018, when she first appeared as 'Daya' and worked with the Symphonic Movement before taking on the name 'Reble' in 2019 and making her debut with the single 'Bad.'
Achievements beyond Dhurandhar
Since then, her musical journey is marked by bold lyricism, fearless writing and her mission to reach the voices of the Northeast. Besides her work in Dhurandhar, Reble also made a notable achievement through her collaboration on the Malayalam film Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra, where her fresh energy and uniqueness stood out as an artist.
Dhurandhar cast, sequel
The first film, Dhurandhar, which released in December 2025, grossed over Rs 1300 crore globally, shattering multiple box office records. Now its sequel Dhurandhar: The Revenge or Dhurandhar 2 has arrived in cinemas on March 19, 2026, with paid preview shows released on the evening of March 18.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 casts Ranveer Singh in the lead role alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Danish Pandor in prominent roles. The first installment also featured Akshaye Khanna as Pakistani gangster Rehman Dakait.
