The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday took over the investigation into the death of top seer Mahant Narendra Giri. The development comes after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recommended a CBI probe into the alleged suicide of the revered seer.
