Mumbai Indians (MI) stand-in captain Suryakumar Yadav played a stellar knock against Delhi Capitals (DC) in Match 8 of the 2026 Indian Premier League.

The match, held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, saw MI's regular skipper Hardik Pandya miss out due to illness. Suryakumar took over the reins and led his team with an impressive half-century. He made 51 runs on a tricky wicket to power his team.
