A reverse image search of keyframes from the viral clip led us to an NDTV report dated April 3, 2026, carrying the same footage. The report identified the individual in the video as Karan Kumar, who described himself as a photographer and visual storyteller on Instagram under the handle “villain_dad_ok_109.”

According to the report, a 20-year-old man was stabbed to death in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh area. Police alleged that 18-year-old Karan alias Tarun attacked the victim multiple times following a dispute. The report stated that after the incident, Karan uploaded a video on Instagram saying:”Tumhare bhai ne ek murder maar diya hai.“
A report by The New Indian Express carried a screenshot from the same viral footage and reported that Delhi Police had arrested Karan alias Tarun along with two associates for allegedly murdering a 20-year-old man in northwest Delhi. According to police, the accused stabbed the victim multiple times following a quarrel. Investigators also stated that Karan uploaded a social media video after the incident in which he appeared to boast about the killing.
