Punjab Kings and Team India left-arm seamer Arshdeep Singh met and interacted with a group of young children as part of Punjab Kings' new social media series, 'The Real Kings'.
The event took place in New Chandigarh (Punjab) on April 25.
The children, affiliated with a local NGO and supported by the NamMyoho Daan Foundation and Phool Versha Foundation, engaged with Arshdeep Singh in a candid and heartwarming session, according to a press release.
The youngsters asked questions that fans rarely get the chance to pose, and Arshdeep responded openly and in his trademark style. Known for his warmth off the field, he left a lasting impression by being honest, light-hearted, and humorous while answering queries uniquely posed by children.
Arshdeep, who frequently connects with followers through social media and fun reels, demonstrated his dedication to engaging with young fans beyond the cricket boundary.
Founded in 2020, the NamMyohoDaan Foundation has positively impacted thousands of students across several cities through structured programmes, including ‘Hasti Masti Khel’. This sports-led initiative uses live match exposure and community fan zones to foster confidence and teamwork among children.
‘The Real Kings’ series will feature additional Punjab Kings players in the coming weeks, continuing the franchise’s commitment to strengthening genuine bonds between its squad and the communities they represent.
