The results of JEE Advanced 2026 have been declared, with Shubham Kumar from the IIT Delhi zone achieving the All India Rank (AIR) 1 by scoring 330 marks out of 360. Arohi Deshpande, also from the IIT Delhi zone, was the highest-ranked female candidate, scoring 280 marks and securing the 77th position in the Common Rank List (CRL).
According to an official statement, Kabir Chhillar obtained the second rank with 329 marks, and Jatin Chahar ranked third with 319 marks. All three top positions were claimed by candidates from the IIT Delhi zone, demonstrating the zone's dominance in this year’s examination results.
A total of 187,389 candidates registered for JEE Advanced 2026, with 179,694 appearing in both Papers 1 and 2 on May 17. Out of these, 56,880 candidates qualified for admission, including 10,107 female candidates.
Prof Kamal Kishore Pant, Director of IIT Roorkee, congratulated all successful candidates and urged them to participate in the counselling and seat allocation process. He stated, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all candidates who have qualified JEE (Advanced) 2026. This achievement is a testament to their dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence.” He further advised that all qualified candidates should take part in the JoSAA 2026 counselling and seat-allocation process, regardless of their Class XII or equivalent marks.
He added, “However, the final admission shall remain subject to the fulfilment of the percentage-related eligibility requirements and other applicable conditions prescribed in the JEE (Advanced) 2026 Information Brochure.”
Candidates can access their JEE Advanced 2026 results by logging in with their Roll Number, Date of Birth, and Registered Mobile Number. The scorecard provides details including the candidate's name, qualification status, All India Rank (AIR), subject-wise scores, total marks obtained, category-wise rank, and cutoff information.
