Actor Sonu Sood visited the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple to offer prayers during the sacred Thomala Seva on Wednesday. He was accompanied by his wife, Sonali, and son Ishant as they took part in the early morning ritual dedicated to Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy.

Sonu Sood and his son wore traditional white veshtis (dhoti), garments commonly worn in South India for religious events. Both had vibrant red-and-gold angavastrams draped over their bare torsos and wore the sacred thread, known as Kalawa or Mauli, tied around their wrists. Sonali Sood wore an elegant emerald green saree with a gold zari border.

The Tirumala shrine also hosted other notable visitors. Film actress Samyuktha Menon prayed at the temple dressed in an off-white saree. Former Indian cricket captain Mithali Raj participated in the Thomala Seva rituals, while Indian badminton player Srikanth Kidambi visited the temple with his wife to seek blessings.

Located atop the seventh peak of the Seshachalam Hills in Andhra Pradesh, the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, also known as Balaji. The historic shrine remains one of India's most frequented religious sites, drawing millions of devotees each year from across the country and abroad.
