Adapted from author Divya Prakash Dubey's novel of the same name, the series unfolds across the picturesque settings of Bhopal and Mussoorie. The story revolves around three strangers whose lives gradually become intertwined as they embark on journeys of love, longing and personal transformation.

The series has been created and written by Sharanya Rajgopal, while Ruchir Arun, known for directing the acclaimed series Little Things, has helmed the project.

Vikrant Massey portrays Chander Mohan Sharma, a man striving to find a life that genuinely belongs to him. Vedika Pinto, known for Nishaanchi, appears as Sudha, an independent woman determined to shape her own future. Mahima Makwana plays Preeti, whose quiet strength and resilience form an emotional cornerstone of the narrative.

Through unexpected encounters and shared experiences, Musafir Cafe explores how chance meetings can reshape people's lives. Blending themes of companionship, unfulfilled desires and self-discovery, the series brings together the individual journeys of its central characters into a moving story of human connection.

Alongside the lead trio of Vikrant Massey, Vedika Pinto and Mahima Makwana, the ensemble cast features Adil Hussain, Rajeev Siddhartha, Anubha Fatehpuria, Loveleen Mishra and Sadia Siddiqui in pivotal supporting roles.

The series has been produced by Terribly Tiny Tales in collaboration with Homemade Stories, Vikrant Massey's production banner. Anuj Gosalia and Vijay Subramaniam are the producers, while Sharanya Rajgopal, Vineet Batra and Pracchi Batnagar serve as executive producers.
