Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday, March 29, confirmed that the results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exams will be announced on April 10.
The announcement was made during one of Sarma's election campaign events, where several students asked about the expected date of result publication.
Addressing their concerns, the Chief Minister assured them that the scores would be released on the stated date.
The HSLC examinations, overseen by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam, were conducted from February 10 to February 27, 2026, across various centres in the state.
While the officials have not yet clarified how the results will be shared, they are generally published on official websites and at designated centres throughout Assam.
The announcement is being closely noted by students and parents, as the HSLC results determine admissions to higher secondary schools across the state.
