Mumbai: The quirky lawyers of Patparganj District Court are ready to return with more chaos, comedy, and courtroom drama. Netflix announced on Thursday that Maamla Legal Hai Season 2, starring Ravi Kishan, will premiere on April 3.
The streamer teased fans with a cheeky post: "Ab pata chala Delhi ke langooron ka raaz. Patparganj ki atrangi toli jo laut rahi hai." The series, directed by Rahul Pandey and written by Saurabh Khanna and Kunal Aneja, first debuted on March 1, 2024, and quickly climbed into Netflix's global top 10.
Set in a fictional Delhi court, the show follows a band of "jugaadu" lawyers who solve cases with unconventional tactics and hilarious shenanigans. Alongside Kishan, the ensemble cast includes Naila Grewal, Nidhi Bisht, and Anant V. Joshi, with fresh faces Kusha Kapila and Dinesh Lal Yadav joining this season.
Ravi Kishan, reprising his role as Tyagi, said, "This season, Tyagi is eager to prove himself as a judge, but yahaan har maamla serious hota hai, par tareeka bilkul hatke."
Produced by Posham Pa Pictures with Sameer Saxena as showrunner, the series promises more laughs, more madness, and a courtroom like no other.
