Police departments across India are tapping into pop culture to push public safety messaging, using the popularity of Dhurandhar 2 and its viral dialogue to connect with citizens in a relatable way.
The Delhi Police led the trend on social media platform X, sharing a post featuring the film's character Jameel Jamali, played by Rakesh Bedi. The visual carried a modified version of the character's catchphrase, urging riders to wear helmets.

Soon after, the Gujarat Police joined in, adapting the same dialogue to promote seat belt usage. Their post encouraged motorists to follow traffic rules and prioritise safety while driving.

The campaign also extended beyond road safety. The Uttarakhand Police used the viral line creatively on Instagram to highlight cyber safety. Their post warned against using weak passwords such as "123456", urging users to adopt stronger credentials to stay secure online.
