A shooting incident has been reported outside a café in Surrey, Canada, located on 120 Street, next to comedian Kapil Sharma's restaurant.

Following the incident, a threatening message has also surfaced online, allegedly warning that both the nearby café and Kapil Sharma were targets. The message reportedly contains threats to shut down the café and also mentions his Mumbai residence, raising concerns about safety.

According to the report, this is not the first such incident at the location. The café, named Kaps Cafe, has previously faced multiple firing incidents over the past months. The first attack was reported on July 10, 2025, when several rounds were fired, damaging the café’s glass windows. A second incident took place on August 7, followed by another shooting in October 2025.

Earlier reports had suggested that responsibility for one of the attacks was claimed by a man linked to extremist and gang-related groups.

The report said that Kapil Sharma had earlier spoken about the incidents, stating that the matter was being handled by local authorities and that he had been informed about the investigation. He had also remarked that the situation was being dealt with differently in that country.

Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma has recently been in the news for his upcoming digital show, which continues to attract attention with new episodes featuring popular comedians and guests.
