Inspired by the founder, Mr Pravesh Pandey's journey from the shores of Italy to India, the restaurant offers a curated experience where the glamour of the Amalfi Coast meets the rustic, earthy traditions of Apulia.

• The West Coast (Amalfi): Represented by "Roxie," this side of the menu focuses on elegance and celebration. Expect vibrant flavors of citrus, sea salt, and a refined, high-fashion approach to Mediterranean dining.

• The East Coast (Apulia): Represented by "Barry," this side is rooted in the "Cucina Povera" tradition—honest, elemental food. The focus here is on handmade textures, torn breads, and fresh seafood inspired by the Adriatic.
