While an official date has not yet been announced, trade sources suggest the Dhurandhar 2 OTT release on JioHotstar is planned for the last week of May or the first week of June 2026, after the conclusion of IPL 2026. The deal is reported to be among the most lucrative recent OTT acquisitions, reflecting the franchise's box office potential and strong audience interest.

In Dhurandhar 2, Ranveer Singh returns as undercover operative Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who lives in Pakistan under the identity Hamza Ali Mazari. The story follows his deepening infiltration of Karachi's criminal networks and political nexus as he hunts those responsible for terror attacks and confronts a new conspiracy with nuclear stakes.
