Oppo Find X9s battery delivers stunning massive upgrade

Oppo Find X9s battery delivers stunning massive upgrade

Pune Times Mirror 1 month ago

Oppo Find X9s battery is shaping up to be the star of the company's next premium smartphone, and it is clearly aimed at users who hate reaching for the charger.

At the heart of the Oppo Find X9s is a huge 7,025mAh battery, one of the largest cells seen in a mainstream flagship-style phone so far.
Oppo has confirmed that this pack will support 100W wired fast charging, so topping up from low should be quick even with such a large capacity.

Early reports suggest Oppo has dropped wireless charging on the Find X9s, a trade-off that appears to make room for the bigger battery while keeping the phone's profile manageable.
The company is pitching the handset as a "perfect travel companion", hinting at multi-day stamina for frequent flyers and commuters.

The Oppo Find X9s battery will sit behind a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and slim 1.15mm bezels for a more immersive look.
Inside, the phone is expected to run MediaTek's Dimensity 9500s chip built on a 3nm process, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

A Hasselblad-tuned triple rear camera system with three 50-megapixel sensors, wide, ultrawide and telephoto, is tipped, while a 32-megapixel selfie camera should handle front-facing shots and video calls.
On the software side, the Find X9s is expected to ship with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings also on the cards.

Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9s will launch globally alongside the Find X9 Ultra on 21 April, with India among the first markets.
Leaks point to a starting price in India of around ₹64,999, placing it firmly in the premium segment, although final pricing will only be clear at launch.

The Oppo Find X9s battery size, 100W charging, efficient Dimensity 9500s silicon and Hasselblad camera setup suggest a phone built for long days away from the plug without sacrificing performance or imaging quality.
If Oppo can match the promised endurance with competitive pricing and timely updates, the Find X9s could emerge as one of 2026's most practical premium Android options for heavy users who value staying powered on the move.
