One of the MTV Splitsvilla 16 contestants Diksha Pawar shared that the channel sent her a legal notice for leaking the spoilers of the ongoing reality show.

However, instead of getting intimidated, Diksha slammed the channel on her Snapchat story, making a number of serious allegations against the show's makers like body shaming, trolling and for placing TRP ratings above the contestants' mental peace.

In her Snapchat story, Diksha said she is unfazed by the legal notice as she couldn't keep silent anymore. She added that MTV had personally commented to her that she looks like a horse which she thought was extremely rude and that body shaming is not just from MTV but also from other participants associated with the show.

Diksha also said that many positive parts of her participation in the show were edited and never telecasted, thereby distorting a clear picture for the viewers. She also asked the makers as to why were they calling her privately and initiating a legal case against her at the same time.

Lastly, Diksha put a question that if there would be any emergency even then would the channel even think of the contestant's well-being or only focus on TRP numbers.

She also admitted that there's not a lot she could have done regarding her mistake, however, stated that the treatment she was meted out was surely beyond her expectations. Diksha also confessed that she used to be a person who used to keep quiet and didn't raise her voice on any issue, but after her experience, she decided to speak her mind out.
