Vivo V50 5G deal is turning the brand's latest mid-range phone into a far more attractive buy for Indian shoppers on Flipkart.
The handset, launched in India with prices starting around Rs 34,999 and going up to Rs 40,999 depending on RAM and storage, is now effectively more than Rs 7,000 cheaper.
The Vivo V50 5G was introduced in India at up to Rs 39,999-40,999 for the top 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant, positioning it in the upper mid-range segment. On Flipkart, the same phone is currently listed at Rs 32,999, reflecting a straight reduction of about Rs 7,000 from its initial pricing.
Buyers using Flipkart SBI or Flipkart Axis Bank credit cards can get an additional discount, worth up to 5 percent, which can bring the effective price close to Rs 28,999 for eligible customers. Flipkart is also offering no-cost EMI starting for a short three-month tenure, as well as an exchange scheme that can knock off a sizeable amount depending on the condition and model of the old smartphone.
The Vivo V50 5G deal centres on a device built around a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak local brightness of up to 4,500 nits, aimed at users who spend long hours streaming or gaming. Power comes from Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, running Funtouch OS based on Android 15.
On the rear, the phone features a Zeiss-branded dual camera module, with a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide unit, while the front also carries a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls. A 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support is one of the standout features, promising strong endurance with relatively quick top-ups.
The Vivo V50 5G deal looks particularly appealing for buyers prioritising display quality, camera performance and battery life over absolute peak performance. Its combination of a bright AMOLED panel, large battery and Zeiss-tuned cameras makes it a capable all-rounder in the crowded mid-range Android field.
However, users seeking flagship-grade gaming performance or advanced zoom hardware may still gravitate towards alternatives such as the OnePlus Nord series, iQOO Neo line-up, POCO's performance-focused models or Realme's latest Pro devices in a similar price bracket. For most mainstream buyers, though, the current Vivo V50 5G deal on Flipkart narrows the gap between list price and value, turning what was a solid mid-ranger into a much more compelling proposition.
