While India pricing will only be revealed on stage, the phone sits in the ultra-premium bracket and will target buyers considering top-tier camera phones from rival brands.

At the heart of the Vivo X300 Ultra is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and as much as 1TB of storage, aimed at flagship-level performance. The handset is expected to feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness around 3,000 nits, positioning it as a high-end option for gaming and multimedia. Power comes from a 6,600mAh battery with 100W fast wired charging, and fast wireless charging is also on the cards, along with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance and Android 16 with extended software support promised.

The Vivo X300 Ultra India launch is particularly significant for its camera system, which is expected to mirror the Chinese model. The phone offers a triple rear setup with a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with advanced stabilisation, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera backed by Zeiss optics and tuning. For India, reports suggest the Vivo X300 Ultra price could start at around ₹1,29,999, although Chinese pricing from CNY 6,999 (roughly ₹96,000) has led some analysts to project a possible Indian tag closer to ₹1.6 lakh or even higher for top variants. Until Vivo confirms official pricing, these remain estimates, but the positioning is clear: this is an ultra-premium flagship designed to showcase what Vivo can do with cameras, displays and battery tech.
