XO Kitty Season 3 brings the focus back to Kitty Song Covey as she heads into her final year at the Korean Independent School of Seoul.
XO Kitty Season 3 will premiere worldwide on Netflix on 2 April 2026, with all episodes dropping on the same day. The season follows the established format of eight episodes of around 30 minutes each, keeping the binge-friendly structure of earlier chapters.
The series, a Netflix spin-off of the To All the Boys I've Loved Before films created by Jenny Han, continues under showrunner Valentina Garza. XO Kitty Season 3 remains exclusive to Netflix, with no weekly broadcast window or alternative platform release announced.
In Season 3, Kitty returns to KISS with a "perfect" senior-year plan: make lasting memories with her friends, grow closer to her Korean relatives and finally decide what she wants from her future. Central to this is her complicated relationship with Min Ho, which she hopes to define "for real this time," only for surprise revelations to upend her expectations.
The season also deepens Kitty's ties to her family history and the culture around her, with clashes hinted at through scenes involving Min Ho's father, Mr Moon, who questions whether she truly understands the world she is trying to fit into. XO Kitty Season 3 further builds on the Season 2 ending, where Kitty's renewed scholarship allowed her to return to KISS after repairing fractured family bonds.
The main Season 3 cast includes Anna Cathcart as Kitty Song Covey, Choi Minyeong as Dae, Gia Kim as Yuri, Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho and Anthony Keyvan as Q. They are joined by Regan Aliyah (Juliana), Peter Thurnwald (Alex), Michael K. Lee (Professor Lee), Philippe Lee (Mr Moon), Jocelyn Shelfo (Madison), Han Bi Ryu (Eunice), Sunny Oh (Mihee), Sasha Bhasin (Praveena), Sule Thelwell (Marius), Soy Kim (Yisoo) and others.
In a major nostalgic turn, Season 3 features the return of Lana Condor as Lara Jean Song Covey, who travels to Seoul to advise Kitty as romantic pressures mount. In the trailer, Lara Jean tells her sister, "Whatever happens with Min Ho, we can't just stop living our lives. We have to follow our hearts and trust that it will lead us to our next great adventure," echoing the heartfelt tone of the original films.
With XO Kitty Season 3 promising a decisive chapter in Kitty and Min Ho's story, a nostalgic reunion with Lara Jean and an emotional farewell to KISS, expectations among fans are high. If the new season balances humour, culture shock and young love as effectively as its predecessors, Season 3 could close out Kitty's school journey on a memorable, and fittingly romantic, note.
