Prachi brings over 18 years of experience in hospitality design, real estate development and project management, with a strong track record in leading complex greenfield and brownfield developments.

Prior to joining Accor, she was associated with Chalet Hotels as AGM - Design, where she led multiple projects across international hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, Marriott International and Hyatt.

Earlier, Prachi worked as Senior Design Manager at Piramal Realty, managing luxury developments from concept to completion. She has also held roles with global design firms such as Gensler, Hirsch Bedner Associates and Miaja Design Group, contributing to hospitality and mixed-use projects across India and Singapore.

In her new role as Director, Design & Technical Services, Prachi will oversee design strategy and technical services across projects, ensuring quality execution, brand alignment and innovation in hospitality developments across the region.
