Foodlink Global Dubai Appoints Jayved Kumar as Head Chef
Foodlink Global has announced the appointment of Jayved Kumar as its new Head Chef.
Jayved brings over 15 years of extensive experience in kitchen operations curating modern Indian cuisines.
He is known for managing large-scale kitchens, leading teams, and maintaining consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards across multiple outlets.
Prior to this role, he served as Unit Chef at PINCODE Restaurant in India and Dubai, where he contributed to menu development, guest satisfaction, and team management. His career also includes experience with Azure Hospitality Pvt Ltd and Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, where he handled menu planning, vendor coordination, cost control, and operational processes.
In his new role at Foodlink Global, he will oversee kitchen operations, lead menu innovation, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. His responsibilities also include improving operational efficiency and enhancing dining experiences across the company's Dubai portfolio.
Jayved Kumar specialises in modern Indian cuisine, including curry and tandoor preparations, along with fusion dishes. He also brings experience in HACCP compliance, inventory management, and large-scale kitchen administration, supporting structured and efficient culinary operations.
