Four Seasons Hotel Toronto Appoints Bob Wong as Commercial Director and Ashley Hardes as Director of Rooms
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has appointed Bob Wong as Commercial Director and Ashley Hardes as Director of Rooms, strengthening its executive leadership team.
Bob Wong- Commercial Director
Bob brings more than 16 years of hospitality experience across eight urban and resort properties in Canada. He joins from Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, where he served since April 2025. His experience spans sales, marketing and business development within the luxury hospitality sector.
Ashley Hardes- Director of Rooms
Ashley Hardes joins as Director of Rooms with more than 20 years of international hospitality experience. Originally from Sydney, Australia, he has held senior roles across Jasper, Vancouver and Whistler, with his most recent position based in Banff. His experience includes rooms operations and guest service leadership.
In their new roles, Bob Wong will oversee the hotel's commercial strategy, while Ashley Hardes will lead rooms operations and guest experience initiatives.
