Grand Hyatt Mumbai Appoints Stefan Bucher as Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage
Grand Hyatt Mumbai has announced the appointment of Stefan Bucher as Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage.
Stefan brings over 25 years of global hospitality experience, including more than 15 years across Asia. His professional background spans Swiss luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, hotel openings, lifestyle dining concepts, and large-scale MICE operations, reflecting a well-rounded understanding of both operational and commercial aspects of the business. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent focus on enhancing guest experiences while driving performance across diverse dining environments.
A graduate of the Swiss Federal Culinary Academy, Stefan also holds a diploma in Hotel Management from HFZ Zurich and an MBA from EHL Lausanne (2023), with a specialization in Strategic Management and Global Hospitality Leadership.
In his new role, Stefan will lead the hotel's food and beverage strategy, with a focus on strengthening operational efficiency, elevating culinary offerings, and supporting sustained commercial growth. His mandate includes enhancing dining concepts, optimizing service delivery, and aligning food and beverage operations with evolving guest expectations.
