Zita brings over a decade of experience in spa management and wellness operations, with a focus on guest services, team leadership and operational performance.

Prior to this, she served as Director of Spa & Operations at Pure Harmony Med Spa & Integration Spa, where she managed multiple locations and oversaw service and retail operations.

Earlier, Zita held the role of Director of Spa Operations at JW Marriott Charlotte, and also managed spa and salon operations at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, handling large teams and daily operations.

In her new role as Spa Director, Zita will oversee spa operations at the resort, including wellness services, staff management, guest experience and day-to-day functioning. She will also be responsible for developing spa programmes, maintaining service standards and supporting the ongoing development of the resort's wellness offerings.
