Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks has announced the appointment of Ankit Datta as its new Human Resources Manager.
Ankit Datta brings over 15 years of experience in the HR domain, with extensive expertise in talent acquisition, payroll planning, compliance, HR audits, employee engagement, workforce planning, and people strategy.
In his new role, Ankit will oversee the hotel's human resources function, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and overall associate lifecycle management.
He will play a key role in strengthening the hotel's people-first culture while aligning HR initiatives closely with business objectives and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks, Ankit was associated with Marriott International, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager at Renaissance Race Course Hotel Bengaluru. He has also held the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager - HOD at Fairfield by Marriott Whitefield Bengaluru, and has previously worked with AMRI Group of Hospitals and The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, among other organizations.
Ankit holds an MBA in Human Resources from Mayfair Business School, Kolkata, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from IMBR, Kolkata. He has also completed leadership training programes such as EMBARK and ENVISION with Marriott International and is a Certified Departmental Trainer.
Over the years, he has been recognized with several industry accolades including "Culture Champion" of the Year 2024 at Renaissance Hotel Bengaluru and "Best Employee" (2012-13) at The Stadel Hotel.
