Manisha SharmaHyatt Regency Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Manisha Sharma as General Manager, effective March 2026.
With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality sector, she takes on the role with a background in hotel operations, team development and pre-opening assignments across India and international markets.
Experience Across Hotel Brands

During her career, Sharma has worked with several hospitality brands, including The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International. Her experience within the Marriott portfolio includes roles across brands such as:
- JW Marriott
- Courtyard by Marriott
- Marriott Executive Apartments
- Fairfield by Marriott
- Renaissance Hotels
Her work has included both operational management and leadership roles during hotel openings.
Previous Role in Kolkata

Before joining Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Sharma served as General Manager at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat. In this role, she focused on operational processes, team development and aligning service delivery with brand standards and sustainability practices.
Focus in the New Role

At Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Sharma is expected to oversee hotel operations, team management and guest services. Her approach to leadership centres on collaboration, consistency and team engagement.
The appointment comes as the hotel continues to cater to business travellers, social events and meetings in the Delhi NCR region.
