JW Marriott Kolkata has appointed Saket Verma as Hotel Manager.
Saket Verma brings over 15 years of experience across global hospitality brands, with expertise spanning both commercial strategy and hotel operations.
His leadership approach combines revenue-driven performance with a strong focus on guest experience, aligning with evolving luxury hospitality expectations.
Prior to this role, he was associated with Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, where he contributed to improving financial performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue strategies.
Earlier, he served as Multi-Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing for JW Marriott Kolkata and Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, where he played a key role in strengthening brand positioning and delivering consistent RevPAR growth across properties.
His career also includes associations with leading hospitality groups such as The Oberoi Group, Hilton, and Accor, providing him with a diverse perspective across luxury and upscale segments.
In his new role, he will oversee overall hotel operations, focusing on service excellence, guest engagement, and financial performance, while reinforcing the hotel's positioning within Eastern India's luxury hospitality market.
