Le Méridien Gurgaon Appoints Ajay Chauhan as Executive Sous Chef

Le Méridien Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Ajay Chauhan as Executive Sous Chef, strengthening its culinary team with his experience across luxury hospitality brands.

Chef Ajay Chauhan has built his career with global hospitality groups including Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Accor, and ITC Hotels.

Prior to this role, he served as Banquet Senior Chef de Cuisine at JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata. He has also held an international role as an Indian Expat Chef at Shangri-La Colombo.

His experience spans several luxury properties, including Shangri-La Bengaluru, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, ITC WelcomHotel Dwarka, and ITC Maurya.

In his new role at Le Méridien Gurgaon, he will oversee culinary operations, including banquet production, menu development, kitchen administration, training, and quality standards, while supporting the hotel's dining experiences.
