Ayush Sharma Appointed Operations Manager at Clove Indian Cuisine Seattle
Ayush SharmaAyush Sharma has been appointed Operations Manager at Clove Indian Cuisine, a restaurant known for serving Indian cuisine in Seattle.
In his new role, Sharma will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including catering services, menu planning, food quality checks and presentation. He will also be responsible for maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards, while coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
Sharma has been associated with Clove Indian Cuisine since its early stages and was involved in the restaurant's opening. His responsibilities included setting up operations, coordinating teams and implementing service processes that continue to guide the restaurant's functioning.

Speaking about his appointment, Sharma said he looks forward to continuing his work with the team, with a focus on maintaining service standards, strengthening collaboration and delivering a consistent dining experience for guests.
Before this role, Sharma worked with hospitality brands including JW Marriott, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels, where he gained experience in food and beverage operations and guest services.
He later moved to the United States and joined Marriott Waterfront Baltimore, where he worked in front-office operations, focusing on guest relations, reservations, and VIP services.

Sharma also served as Assistant Outlets Manager during the pre-opening phase of Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, where he managed multiple outlets, led a team and supported operational planning.
His appointment reflects Clove Indian Cuisine's focus on strengthening its operational structure as it continues to serve diners in Seattle.
