Ramada by Wyndham Udaipur Resort has appointed Prem Shankar as Director of Food & Beverage, effective February 2026. The appointment strengthens the property's leadership team as it continues to focus on enhancing its culinary and dining offerings.
In his new role at Ramada by Wyndham Udaipur Resort and Spa, Prem Shankar will oversee the entire food and beverage division, including restaurant operations, banqueting, menu planning, cost management, and guest experience.
His responsibilities will also include improving operational efficiency, enhancing culinary offerings, improving outlet performance, elevating dining experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting revenue performance across all outlets.
Prem Shankar brings extensive experience in food and beverage management across multiple hospitality brands. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Food & Beverage within the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts portfolio, where he led culinary and service operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
He has also held the role of Assistant General Manager - F&B at Mayfair Hotels and Resorts, contributing to large-scale operations and team management. Earlier in his career, he worked as Food & Beverage Manager at Sterling Holiday Resorts and Sayaji Hotels.
His experience includes managing high-volume operations, overseeing cross-functional teams, and implementing structured service standards. He has also worked on improving guest satisfaction, optimizing costs, and strengthening overall dining performance.
