The Fern Heaven on The Hills Hatgad-Saputara, Series by Marriott has appointed Sanket Murari as Food & Beverage Manager, as the property continues to strengthen its operational capabilities and enhance its dining experiences in one of Gujarat's key leisure destinations.
With over 13 years of experience in the food and beverage domain, Sanket brings a diverse background spanning international hospitality markets and leading hotel brands.

In his new role, Sanket will oversee all food and beverage operations at the property, including restaurant and banquet services. His responsibilities will include enhancing service standards, driving revenue performance across outlets, improving operational efficiency and ensuring consistency in delivery. Sanket will also focus on aligning the hotel's culinary offerings with evolving guest expectations while strengthening both quality and profitability.
Sanket spent eight years with Marriott International, working across brands such as JW Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His international experience includes managing multi-outlet environments and high-volume operations.
After returning to India in 2021, he worked with Club Mahindra and Sterling Holidays.
Sanket also played a key role in the pre-opening of MG Sarovar Portico Haridwar as Food & Beverage Manager, where he was involved in setting up operational systems, menu development and team readiness. Prior to this, he was associated with Mayfair Lake Resort.
His expertise spans menu engineering, cost optimisation and implementation of service standards.
In his new role at The Fern Heaven on The Hills Hatgad-Saputara, he will focus on enhancing dining experiences through menu innovation, service refinement and operational consistency.
