The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort Appoints Jasmine Wehbe as Sommelier
The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort has appointed Jasmine Wehbe as Sommelier at its signature restaurant CW Prime.
In this role, she will lead the restaurant's wine programme, including curation, guest engagement, and pairing development. She will report to Riley Kiste, General Manager of CW Prime.
Jasmine Wehbe brings over 10 years of hospitality experience, including five years focused on wine within luxury dining environments. She began her wine career at Seasons 52 and has since worked across coastal properties in Sarasota and Clearwater, along with seasonal experience in Maine.
At CW Prime, she will work alongside Drew Adams, Head Chef, to align the wine programme with the restaurant's menu, which focuses on steakhouse dining with seafood and seasonal dishes. Her approach to wine pairing emphasises ingredient-driven combinations and guest-focused recommendations.
She holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and the French Wine Scholar certification, and is currently pursuing the Champagne Master programme with the Wine Scholar Guild.
Her appointment supports the ongoing development of CW Prime's food and beverage offering, with a focus on integrating wine and cuisine within the overall dining experience.
