The board has clarified that the revaluation and marks verification process will not be available immediately after the February examination results are declared.

According to CBSE, under the new two-board examination system, students will get another opportunity to appear for exams in May if they wish to improve their scores. The final result will be prepared after the completion of the second examination cycle.

CBSE has stated that the rechecking process, including marks verification, obtaining photocopies of answer sheets, and revaluation, will only be activated after the final results are announced. This is expected to be done in June 2026.

Students will first need to complete the marks verification process, followed by obtaining answer sheet copies, and then apply for revaluation if required. The detailed schedule for these services will be released by the board later.

With this system, CBSE will consider the best performance of students from both exam cycles while preparing the final result.
