Educational Qualification
- Graduate Engineer: BE/BTech in Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science/IT or related fields.
- Diploma Engineer: Three-year engineering diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Safety.
- Officer (Marketing): MBA in Marketing or PG Diploma in Business Administration.
- Law Officer: Graduation with LLB or five-year integrated LLB.
- Assistant Quality Control Officer: Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Candidates must meet the required marks criteria. Law Officer and Assistant Quality Control Officer posts require two years of relevant experience. Other posts do not require prior experience.
Age Limit
As of July 1, 2026:
- Graduate/Diploma Engineer: Up to 26 years
- Officer (Marketing): Up to 28 years
- Law Officer/Assistant Quality Control Officer: Up to 30 years
Age relaxation will apply to reserved categories as per government rules.
Salary
- Grade A: ₹50,000-₹1,60,000 per month
- Grade A: ₹40,000-₹1,40,000 per month
- Grade E: ₹30,000-₹1,20,000 per month
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Group Discussion/Group Task
- Personal Interview
The CBT carries 85% weightage, GD/Group Task 5%, and Interview 10%.
