SEHAT Mission Launched for Health Through Agriculture The Government of India has launched the "SEHAT Mission (Science Excellence for Health through Agricultural Transformation)" to improve public health and reduce malnutrition.
This mission was jointly launched by Health Minister JP Nadda and Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in New Delhi.

- Focus on nutrition-rich agriculture and preventive healthcare
5 Priority Areas:
- Biofortified crops to fight malnutrition

Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda has officially taken charge as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of SAIL (Steel Authority of India Limited).
