Officials said the result date has not been fixed yet, but the evaluation is being completed as quickly as possible.The re-exam was held on June 21 after the May 3 exam was cancelled over alleged paper leak allegations.
The provisional answer key was released on June 25, and candidates could raise objections till June 28. Around 10,000 objections were received, and all are being reviewed before the final answer key is released.
The NTA also said the revised schedule will not delay the start of the MBBS academic session.
After the results, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and admissions to AIIMS, JIPMER, central and deemed universities. The remaining 85% state quota counselling will be conducted by the respective states.
Candidates must register online, pay the counselling fee, fill their college choices and complete document verification. Seats will be allotted based on NEET rank, category, preferences and seat availability.
