To facilitate the visit and review the ongoing rescue operations, the District Magistrate and Collector of Malda, Shri Rajanvir Singh Kapur, IAS, arranged the administrative itinerary and logistics in close coordination with local public representatives, ensuring that immediate distribution of essential supplies and medical assistance reached the hardest-hit communities without delay.
