Patna (Bihar), 7th April - In the 'International Jyotish, Vaastu and Tantra' conference held between 4th and 6th April 2026, Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay's founder, Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Athavale, was honoured with 'Dharma Alankar Puraskar' for his unparalleled contribution in the fields of Dharma and spiritual science. The award included a memento, the Maa Patan Devi Honour Medal and a Certificate. The event was jointly organised by 'the World Astro Federation', 'the South Asian Astro Federation' and 'the Astro, Vaastu, and Vedic Sciences'. Bihar's Rural Affairs Minister Mr Ashok Choudhury, Nepal's Rajguru Mr Madhav Bhattarai, Bengal's Art and Culture Ambassador Mr Anup Kumar and other dignitaries were present at the event.

In this conference, research papers on various matters were presented by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay, Goa. It included research on the positive effects of chanting in Vaastu, the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, the Indian Cow, Indian classical music, etc., and research carried out with the help of 'Aura' (effect) and 'Energy Scanners' was presented. This proved the scientific base of Sanatan Dharma. It also clarified that positive energy in life can be increased by adhering to the Principles of Sanatan Dharma.

Sadguru Nilesh Singbal of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) presented a research paper on the topic 'What is the spiritual purity of Bharat Bhoomi, its spiritual and worldly progress' in this conference. He stated that in the year 1998 itself, the founder of the university, Sachchidananda Parabrahman Dr Athavale, had predicted that 'India will emerge as a nation where Sanatan Dharma will be at the Centre and it will attain the position of Vishwaguru.'
