After flocks of crows, swarms of bees attack in Israel
Tel Aviv (Israel) - In an unusual natural event, tens of thousands of bees suddenly descended on the commercial centre of Netivot in southern Israel.
The bee attack forced residents to stay indoors and created an alarming situation.
Scientists say the incident may offer important clues about seasonal swarm behaviour, environmental stress and how pollinators are adapting to urban spaces.
What happened to the bees in Israel ?
1. The incident unfolded on Wednesday, 15 April, when a massive swarm of bees was seen hovering over streets, parked vehicles, shops and balconies across parts of Netivot. Videos from the area showed dense clusters of bees moving through the city's commercial zone, leading officials to urge people to remain indoors and avoid the insects.Earlier, large flocks of crows were seen in Tel Aviv. Some users claim that these are signs of destruction, as mentioned in the Bible and the Quran.
2. Some people are referring to verse 7:18 from the Bible, claiming it mentions that "fish will be summoned from the Nile delta region."
A person from India shared a video of the bee attack in Israel on "X" (formerly Twitter), linking it to Surah Al-A'raf from the Quran. It is claimed to be a message for arrogant and sinful people.
3. Last month, thousands of crows were seen circling over the city of Tel Aviv. In the context of the ongoing conflict with Iran, this was viewed as a sign of destruction and linked to verses in the Bible.
