IIT Delhi will commence new MTech programme in Electric Vehicle and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from 2020

New Delhi: Good news to career and research aspirants who wish to pursue study in latest advanced technology to hone their skills. Electric Vehicle and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning are latest innovation areas in technology research.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will be starting new MTech programmes in Electric Vehicle and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from 2020. Ramgopal Rao, Director of IIT Delhi, informed via his FaceBook post that these decisions are going through an internal approval process for starting a new M.Tech programme in Electric vehicles and AI & ML at IIT Delhi from 2020.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has celebrated its 50 th convocation on 02 November 2019. On this occasion, in addition to these above new courses, IIT Delhi has announced a host of new programs which will commence from 2020.

  1. IIT Delhi will be starting Bachelors in Design (B.Des) from 2020 academic session.
  2. We will be starting a new M.Sc in Economics and M.Sc in Cognitive Sciences from 2020.
  3. We are going through an internal approval process for starting a new M.Tech programme in Electric vehicles at IIT Delhi from 2020.
  4. A new direct admission process for NIT B.Tech students to do Ph.D in IIT Delhi is approved by our Senate. It will be implemented from 2020.
  5. An MoU with ISRO is signed for starting a Space Technology Cell at IIT Delhi.
  6. We are going through the internal approval process for starting a new M.Tech programme AI/ML area from 2020.
