Q. 1 When there are so many malls in Noida, How do you differentiate your mall from the rest of the malls?

Well, there's no mall like Gardens Galleria in the entire vicinity that provides such lavish F&B & retail options under one roof. Whether you talk about cuisine speciality like Goan Cuisine at Tito's or the best nightlife at Imperfect or an out of the world ambience at Time Machine, you get everything here.

Talking about retail, we have the only Central store in entire Noida. Apart from this, GG has Westside, Pantaloons (exclusively for Women), Globus & other major sought-after brands.

The Great India Place is a complete family entertainment with more than 258 Brand Stores and 10+ anchor stores to meet all the needs of a modern consumer.

It is a contemporary, vivid retail arcade that offers an absolute shopping ecstasy. It houses a variety of retail outlets including Shopper's Stop, Lifestyle, Max, Trends, Globus, Pantaloons, Big Bazaar, Home Town, Monte Carlo, Woodland, Lifestyle and Home centre, along with international brands like Adidas, Nike, Marks & Spencer, Sketchers and many more.

It also offers a multiplex by Carnival Cinemas which is recently revamped and a well laid out food court. Well, even this is not it. We have Fusion, the FEC spread across 8,705 sqft area for a complete family entertainment.

Q. 4 Please tell about facilities of parking space, toilets, water and power backup

We have parking space for more than6,000 cars at once in the Entertainment City campus. Being a responsible corporate, we have water reservation facility too.

There's a proper water filtration plant installed in the vicinity & its cleaning & updating is maintained on a regular basis. Even after having such a huge property, hygiene is our prime concern. All the washrooms in both the malls are always clean. Also, the place is properly power backed.

Q. 5 How is your security system in the mall?

The security system at Entertainment City is very strong. We have deployed guards at the entrance of all 11 gates that allow entry or exit to the premises. Each vehicle that enters is crosschecked first & then given the entry.

Apart from this, we have installed cameras in the entire vicinity that records any mischievous activity around the area and strict actions are taken against them.

Q. 6 What are the main promotional activities you are doing to woo the customers?

Being the mall that is known as the Social Hub of Delhi-NCR, Gardens Galleria has been doing a lot to engage & attract customers to the mall. We always plan some or the other kind of activity every week that not only creates curiosity among the patrons of what is going to happen next but also helps in retaining them.

Not just activities that involve customer participation is our key step but we also organize social events like performances by famous bands, celebrity visits, marathons etc. from time to time. We are recently organizing Yoga Utsav this International Yoga Day. Apart from it we recently screened T20 matches Live in the plaza area.

Also, we organized International Jazz Day event association with Haiku JAM Live app & UNESCO. Other than these events, we regularly organize Shopping fests, fashion shows for kids, men & women, club fights partnering with the Knock out Club. Apart from this, we are very active on social media. We run contests & many other engaging contents that attract people.

Q.7When the mall sees the highest footfall?

At The Great India Place, we see a footfall of around 70-80 thousand people on a usual weekday whereas on usual weekends the figure goes up to 1.5 Lakh.

During festival times like Diwali & Christmas, we have seen this number going to even 3.5 Lakh. So, all said & done, the mall is always flooded with people. From families to youngsters to corporate crowd, you'll always see a plethora of people whenever you're at TGIP.
