Minali left a comfortable and satisfactory corporate job after working for 11 years as it was her dream to do something different and it challenged herself in a way.

She had expertise in management which wasn't enough to build a business. But her entrepreneur husband and her family who run a business supported her and helped her at every step. When she got the support, she wanted to do something extraordinary. At that time, there were very few Indian brands that used to sell creative toys and most of these interesting and different toys were outsourced from abroad.
