Celebrating excellence in Employee Experience and Workplace Culture, 5th edition of Most Preferred Workplace brought together over 125 plus HR leaders spotlighting the cultural shift in the progressive and preferred workplaces in India.
Mumbai : Team Marksmen Network successfully concluded the 5th Most Preferred Workplace 2025 on June 27th, Friday at Hotel Sahara Star, Mumbai. In association with EY as Knowledge Partner, the conclave revolved around ‘The Culture Code: Building Workplaces That Win’, and welcomed 125+ HR leaders, People Experts, DEI Heads, Policymakers, and government dignitaries to discuss employee experience, evolving work culture, and the future of workplaces.

He offered insights on how strategic urban development can shape organizational culture and enhance employee well-being.
Important dignitaries such as CP Gurnani, Co-Founder & CEO, AIonOS, addressed the gathering, underscoring the importance of inclusive culture in today’s dynamic environment. He spoke about leveraging tech to eliminate noise and enhance communication, and shared leadership lessons on aligning values with innovation and adaptability.
The conclave was further graced by eminent politician Shri Kripashankar Singh as Guest of Honour. His speech bridged governance with the evolving Indian work ecosystem, reminding attendees that collective sincerity and purpose lead to systemic growth and national progress.
Firebrand IRS officer known for her daring approach, Shrimati Pallavi Darade, shared her perspective on leadership, emphasizing purpose, authenticity, and empathy. She reinforced the idea that leadership is not just about direction but about positive impact and inspiring change.
Important industry experts such as Sudhir Warrier, Roma Bindroo, Vidya Mohan, Raakesh Jain, and Vishal Sharma were among the thought leaders who enriched the forum with discussions around learning, transformation, HR strategy, and people-centric innovation.
The forum also felicitated 35 plus organisations as a Most Preferred Workplace 2025, recognizing their efforts in enhancing employee experience and fostering a purpose-driven culture. Based on research from LeadCap Ventures, the awards acknowledged progress across DEI, reskilling, and work-life balance.
