In an industry where nepotism has always been a point of debate, actors Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna's his Aarav stands apart from the rest.
He has carved his own path and has no interest in joining the film industry, Akshay revealed recently.
The Bollywood actor, who has been in the industry for over three decades, revealed that the 23-year-old Aarav is currently focused on carving a career in fashion and does a "job" that earns him a modest salary of Rs 4,500 every month.
Learning from basics
During an interview, Akshay said, "Voh bechara aaj bhi Rs 4,500 ki naukri kar raha hai. Acchi baat hai, kyun nahi? (He is still working a Rs 4,500 job even today. It's a good thing, why not?)," revealing that Aarav spends time in villages as part of his passion.

"Aarav is not chasing shortcuts but is instead focused on understanding the basics of his chosen field. He also travels to rural areas to study traditional techniques," he added.
Who is Aarav Bhatia?
Born in September 2002, Aarav is the elder child of Akshay and Twinkle, who also have a daughter named Nitara. As a teenager, he moved to London to continue his education in fashion. Aarav is also a black belt and a national-level gold medallist in judo, like his father.
Though Aarav has chosen to stay away from the film industry and maintains a low public profile, his looks are often compared to those of his maternal grandfather and yesteryear actor, Rajesh Khanna.
Bollywood has changed, it could be a communal thing: AR Rahman
When asked about his parenting style, Akshay said he is not one to preach or lecture. "I don't give lectures - not to anyone, especially not to my son. Just one thing: don't harm anybody. Don't hurt anyone. That's it. The rest, he should handle his own life," he said.
Father-son relationship
Speaking about their father-son relationship, Akshay said that while every individual has unique traits, they share many similarities. Both prioritise health and fitness and maintain a disciplined approach to their routines. Aarav, he added, is deeply committed to his work, with seriousness and dedication similar to his father.
