Thousands of people are caught in the lure of the estate loan app after seeing such ludicrous claims. These apps provide loans at 35 percent interest rate. They also charge a hefty amount in the name of processing. Due to hidden conditions of repaying the loan, the liability increases manifold in just a few days. And then begins a series of abuses and threats from the recovery agent.

Bank provided tips for safety

The bank said in the tweet, please do not click on the unauthorized link. Do not disclose your personal information to the impersonating entity as SBI or any other bank. The bank has also given tips to avoid getting caught in the trap of instant loans.

The bank said that nowadays many people are calling people in the name of SBI and asking for their personal information.
