These are the "all-new flagship over-ear Headphone that introduces the brand's most personal listening experience yet," according to Beats. Here's everything to know about the headphones.

The Beats 360 wireless headphones are priced at Rs 42,900 while in the US, they cost USD 350 (approx Rs 33,500). The headphones come in four core colours - Black, Cloud, Pink, and Sky - each including matching Performance Knit earcup and headband cushions, with in-store and on-shelf availability beginning September 24.

The Performance Knit Cushion Kit and the UltraPlush Cushion Kit cost Rs 6,900 each. Performance Knit options include Black, Cloud, Pink, Sky, Navy and Volt, while UltraPlush kits are offered in Black and Cloud.

Beats 360 introduce interchangeable ear and headband cushions for the first time in a Beats over-ear model, allowing users to switch between different colours and materials depending on their style or activity.

The Beats 360 is built around a bespoke acoustic platform with custom-designed drivers featuring three-layer diaphragms and dual neodymium magnets. Beats says the setup delivers powerful bass, detailed audio and low distortion across the tonal range.

The headphones also feature the company's most advanced Active Noise Cancelling system to date, with up to 1.75x more total noise cancellation than the Beats Studio Pro. Transparency mode is available when users want to hear their surroundings, while Adaptive EQ continuously adjusts the acoustic frequencies based on the fit.

For immersive content, the Beats 360 supports Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking and Dolby Atmos. An Accelerometer and gyroscope built into the left earcup track head movement to create a more immersive listening experience across music, movies and podcasts.

The Beats 360 uses a redesigned balanced-fit architecture, with the headband engineered to distribute weight and tension more evenly. Beats says the wireless-first design gave its engineers more freedom to focus the headband purely on comfort, while the ear cushions are shaped to sit over the ears and create a seal for improved sound isolation.

Two cushion materials are available. Performance Knit cushions use memory foam wrapped in breathable knit material and are designed with fitness and stability in mind. UltraPlush cushions use seamless engineered leather for longer listening sessions.

The Beats 360 is also the first over-ear Beats headphone to feature an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance. It has a fold-flat design and comes with a woven ripstop fabric case for easier transportation.

Users can swap the ear cushions and headband cushions to change the appearance and feel of the headphones, giving the model a more customisable approach than Beats' previous over-ear offerings.

The headphones use a custom Beats chip and Class 1 Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity across Apple and Android devices.

Apple users get features such as one-touch pairing, Hey Siri, Automatic Switching, Audio Sharing, FaceTime with Spatial Audio, Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking and Find My network support. Android users get features including Audio Switch, Fast Pair and Find Hub.

Controls are placed on the back of the earcups. The right earcup houses a volume rocker and play/pause button, while the left earcup features the power button and a dedicated listening mode button.

For calls, the Beats 360 uses nine digital MEMS microphones distributed throughout the headphones. Eight are used for Active Noise Cancellation and three for voice pickup, with two microphones shared between the functions. A dedicated beam-forming voice microphone works with the other microphones to focus on the user's voice and reduce surrounding noise during calls.

The Beats 360 offers up to 32 hours of battery life with Adaptive EQ when ANC and Transparency mode are turned off. Beats also claims up to 32 hours with ANC and Personalized Spatial Audio enabled.

The headphones charge over USB-C and support Fast Fuel, with a five-minute charge providing up to one hour of playback.
